Clause 1.1

Minimum Age

Access to and use of the cl555 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. cl555 actively enforces this restriction through age verification procedures conducted at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Any person found to be under the age of 21 who has registered an account will have that account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited.

Geographic Restrictions

Clause 2.3

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) cl555 account. If cl555 determines that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — cl555 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all wagers placed across those accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform. Clause 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

cl555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. cl555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cl555 imposes no platform-side transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); fees charged by your payment service provider, if any, are beyond cl555's control.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified cl555 accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for Visa and Mastercard. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. cl555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account activity raises compliance concerns. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted.

Clause 4.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by cl555 are subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover conditions) which are detailed in the individual promotion terms applicable to each offer. Bonus funds credited to a cl555 account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Where a player has both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money funds will be used for wagers before bonus funds unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Clause 4.2

Welcome Bonus

The cl555 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 made via a supported payment method. Fraud & Collusion

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all wagers and balances, and potential legal action: (a) use of software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with cl555 games or the platform; (b) collusion with other players in any game, including exchanging information during live dealer games; (c) exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain; (d) using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account; (e) engaging in money laundering or attempting to use cl555 to facilitate the movement of illicit funds.

Clause 5.2

Account Sharing & Transfer

cl555 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your cl555 account at any time, including family members and friends. Account sharing is prohibited even if you retain knowledge of your own login credentials. The transfer of cl555 account balances between players is not permitted. cl555 account credentials (username and password) must never be shared with any person, whether in person, by telephone, by email, or through any other channel.

Clause 6.1

Player Protection Tools

cl555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following player protection tools free of charge within every account's settings: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Session Time Limits — configure automatic logout after a defined play session duration; (c) Loss Limits — define maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month; (d) Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the cl555 platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days, maximum 5 years) or permanently. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cl555 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cl555 platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the cl555 platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond cl555's reasonable control (force majeure); (c) the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, scores, or results displayed on the cl555 sportsbook; (d) any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment service provider.

Clause 7.2

Amendments to Terms

cl555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a player, cl555 will provide reasonable notice of the change by posting an updated version of these Terms on the cl555 website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account. Your continued use of the cl555 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
